The pack contains seven incense sticks with different fragrances – each corresponding to one of the seven chakras.

How to use smudge bombs?
- Light the incense with a match or lighter.
- Place the ball in a heatproof vessel – preferably in a special holder.
- Wait for the incense to glow and blow out the flame.
- As you extinguish the flame, you can close your eyes and think about the intention that will accompany your ritual.
- Smudge the room with the windows closed – open them after the smudging ritual to give the room a good airing and introduce new energy.
- Leave the incense in a heatproof vessel or in the holder until it is completely burnt. Wait until it has cooled completely before discarding the residue.
