YERBA MATE TEA DESCRIPTION
Pajarito Selección Especial is a well-known and appreciated Paraguayan yerba mate. The "special selection" that the producer informs about refers to the technique of processing holly. After harvesting, the dried fruit is aged for about 2 years to acquire the appropriate taste and properties. After this time, it goes to the packaging. The Selección Especial variation has a slightly lower dust content than the conventional Pajarito.
