How to brew Yunnan Green Tea?

1. Add 1 teaspoon of tea (2-3 g) to a cup.
2. Pour 150 ml of water at a temperature of 80-85°C over the leaves – avoid boiling water to maintain the delicate flavour.
3. Infuse for 2-3 minutes – a shorter time gives a milder brew, while a longer infusion results in a more intense taste.
