A classic puerh tea. During its production, a traditional fermentation process is carried out using noble mushrooms. This is the reason why the dried leaves of tea are characterised by grey-brown colour. When brewed, the result is a dark coffee-like infusion with an intense flavour. Pu-erh tea can be poured several times.

How to prepare Mary Rose Pu-erh tea?

Pour 3g of tea over 150ml of water at a temperature of approximately 90°C. Allow the tea to infuse for 1-3 minutes - depending on the desired strength of the brew. You can pour the tea three times, increasing the steeping time by several seconds each time.
